Shipping & Returns
We provide free shipping on all orders via Korea Post Economy Shipping Service, which takes approximately 10~25 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Tracking Number ($2.50)
We ship your order via Korea Post Standard Shipping Service. It takes the same time as economy shipping but includes a tracking number. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order is shipped. Tracking information is available at the Korea Post website and 17track (Please choose "International Registered Item" from the "Tracking type" drop down menu box if your tracking # starts with R or C and choose "EMS" if it starts with an'E'). Tracking from the link above stops at Incheon, and further tracking information after the package leaves South Korea can be checked at your country's postal website, such as USPS for US residents or Australia Post for Australia.
Express Shipping ($22.00)
We ship your item via Korea Post Express Mail Service (EMS) or DHL, which takes approximately 3 to 5 business days. (excluding weekends and holidays). If you want combine EMS shipping or your order consists of more than one product, it costs $22 with an additional $6 for each item combined.
All International orders are subject to customs inspections as well as possible fees and/or taxes. These charges are determined by the country to which the package is shipped and payment is the responsibility of the customer, not Cosmetic Love. Some packages may be delayed as much as 4~5 weeks, depending on Customs. Signature may be required upon delivery. Cosmetic Love reserves the right to cancel any International order. Shipping charges, taxes, and other country's fees are non-refundable.
In situations where you received no contact from your local post office about the package, we can arrange an equal partial re-shipment fee or refund for both sides.
You may return any unopened merchandise for a full refund or exchange. We accept returns anytime within 30 days period, but we regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
If your package is returned to Cosmetc Love marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge the resending shipping cost.
We have a 45-day refund policy. If you don't receive your order within 45 days since the shipment date, we will give you a full-refund or re-shipment of the order with a tracking number. However, this only applies to orders that are presumably "lost" during the delivery process. We cannot give a full refund if for example, you wrote the wrong shipping address. In that case, we'll give you a partial refund (total order cost - shipping fee). In the case of re-shipment, we'll send you an invoice of the re-shipping fee which is $5.00.
